I prioritize my tasks based on their level of urgency and importance. I use to-do lists and calendars to ensure I am keeping track of all my duties. If I happen to feel overwhelmed or there’s a sudden change in priorities, I communicate with my supervisor to see how we can best manage the workload.

I manage stress by ensuring that I am taking care of myself mentally and physically. I make sure to take breaks and prioritize my own mental and physical health. When under pressure, I prioritize my tasks based on urgency and communicate with my supervisor to ensure that I am meeting expectations.
