By keeping my tone calm and staying level-headed, I can often diffuse situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
One time, a guest forgot their passport in their hotel room before they headed to the airport. I immediately retrieved the passport and was able to rush it to the airport in time for the guest's flight. The guest was extremely grateful, and I was pleased with myself for being so quick to act and ensure the guest's satisfaction.
